Favourable negotiations allowed us to purchase this building at a competitive price.
Although the project was originally to comprise at least 8 apartments, an expert examination by our architects allowed us to optimise the available space into 10 apartments. We then obtained an authorisation to use the attic space, which allowed us to develop another 2 apartments.
This project showed the highly competitive cost of our works following the optimisation of our purchase and construction processes and the efficiency of our teams.
