St John’s Street, Bedford (35 minutes from St Pancras by train).

We have been contemplating the option to include a car park in the ground floor of the building, in order to use part or all of the exterior car park to build a second building.

This has proved difficult to finalise and we are now keeping the exterior car park as such and converting the whole building into residential.

Early 2015 will see the start of the development of the new flats. We anticipate the building’s final value to be £8,600,000.
