The House Price Index in London has been showing high levels for 2 years and now even surpassing 2008’s great performances.
Through arbitration, lower house prices on the outskirts of London are following the same upward trend.
That growth is being confirmed:
– Improvement and optimization of railways for 2016,
– Government’s willingness to support UK Housing
– Increasing demand of affordable houses
Those trends are confirmed by Bedford index, which show a sharp increase of 1,2% for February.
